Debra Donovan, PMP, P2RP
President
Debra has 35+ years of progressive experience supporting technical service companies in areas including process improvement, planning and management, project management, business development, general administration and contracts management. Debra is also experienced in stakeholder consultations, change management through business process re-engineering. Process improvement consulting, project management and delivery, strategy, business development as well as working in cross-functional engagements to help design and plan projects that will meet and support the needs of the business case. She is a catalyst for integration across functional and operational departments while ensuring an effective quality process.
Dave Friesen, P.Eng., PMP
VP Engineering
Dave has 25+ years of experience with consultants, owners and construction companies. His experience includes electrical system engineering, power line design, electrical commissioning, project management and executive leadership. Early in Dave’s career, he spent time working as a tradesperson constructing and maintaining power lines and substations. This experience provides a conceptual understanding of requirements for systems. Dave has since led an electrical commissioning team working on generating and substations throughout the USA as well as leading a transmission engineering team for a major utility in Alberta. He was also the Ontario lead for a major electrical construction operation involved in engineering, project management, and construction.
Chris Colborne
VP Field Operations
Chris has 25+ years of experience working with owners and construction companies. His experience includes construction and maintenance on electrical utility systems along with project management and training. He has also been responsible for capital budgets, QA/QC and coordination with major stakeholders. Chris’ vast experience provides strong technical problem-solving skills while ensuring the business case is achieved.
